We have a wide range of experience in the many issues which are of concern to businesses and those who own and run them.  We advise on the formation of companies, partnerships and joint ventures, terms of trading, shareholders’ agreements, the acquisition and disposal of incorporated and unincorporated businesses, agency and distribution contracts, and a wide variety of licensing and other commercial agreements.  We frequently work hand-in-hand with commercial property and employment colleagues in order to give a complete service to businesses. 

Should the worst happen, we are also able to advise on matters relating to winding up companies, dissolving partnerships and general insolvency.

We pride ourselves in our ability to take a commonsense approach to the sometimes complex issues involved, so that our clients receive practical and relevant advice and any legal problems which arise can be solved, not just identified.
